International Student Identity Card ISIC is the only globally recognized student ID with 150.000 student discounts around the globe.
ISIC student ID is available to all full-time students above 12 years of age.
ITIC teacher ID is available to all full-time teachers.
IYTC youth ID is available to youth between 13-30 years of age, who are not full-time students.
The standard, digital ISIC, ITIC and IYTC are valid 12 months from the date of purchase. You can see the end date of your ID validity on your ISIC app profile or the digital card itself.
To order an ISIC student ID, you need a copy of your valid student ID. As a student ID we accept a copy of your student card with a valid semester/year sticker; a copy of your attendance certificate for the ongoing semester or academic year; or the acceptance letter from an academic institution for the upcoming semester.
To order an ITIC teacher ID, you need a copy of your valid teacher certificate ID. As a teacher ID we accept a copy of your valid teacher card; or a copy of your employment certificate for the ongoing semester or academic year from your employing institution.
1-2 workdays. Your digital ID is ready to be activated in the ISIC app when our service center has checked your student verification and validated your student status.

Tap "Create Account" on the start screen
Enter your name in the same format as it is on your order confirmation email and your personal ISIC number, and tap "Confirm"
Enter your email address and a password you want to use for the ISIC app login
Read and accept the Terms and Conditions, and tap "Confirm"
Click the link on the verification email sent to the address you have given above
Upon the first time you display the digital card, add your photo to the ISIC app. Check how it will look like on the digital card before confirming, as the image cannot be changed after confirmation.
If there is a typo on the email address you inserted when signing up to ISIC app, please contact mobile@isic.org to get your activation email;
Check your spam or junk mail folder for an email from isicaccounts@isic.org;
Add isicaccounts@isic.org to your email contacts or approved senders list;
If you are still facing problems, please contact mobile@isic.org.
Check that you have created an ISIC app profile (see sign up instructions);
Check that you are using the same email address that you used when you signed up to the app;
If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot password?" on the app to receive a new one to your email;
If you are still having problems logging in, please contact mobile@isic.org.
If you have changed your name or place of study in the middle of your card's validity, we can update the new information directly to your digital card. Please send us your ISIC number and your new information via the contact form.
Please order a new digital ISIC, ITIC or IYTC ID from ISIC's website and make sure your name is written in the same format as for the card that you registered first in the ISIC app. When you have received your new ID number, go to your profile in the ISIC app (bottom right corner in the app - Edit) and click "Replace card". Type in your new ID number and your name as it is written on the order confirmation email, click "Submit" and your new digital card will appear in your ISIC app. If you have problems in replacing your card, please contact us.

If you have activated your digital ISIC card in the ISIC app, you can access your digital card normally also in offline mode. Activating your digital ISIC and browsing the benefits only work in online mode.
There are two types of ISIC benefits: local benefits and online benefits. You can find all local discounts from the ISIC app and our website’ Discounts section. If you have an ITIC teacher ID or IYTC youth ID, use the filter to see the discounts available to you.
To redeem an online benefit, log into the ISIC app where you can find the discount codes or unique discount links on each benefit page.

ISIC is the only internationally recognized student ID and the only student ID for which the airlines give a student-priced fare. The student flight tickets are sold by the student travel agency KILROY. If you want to ask tips for travel, book an adventure or ask about studying abroad, please contact KILROY travel advisors.
