ITIC Teacher card
ITIC – International Teacher Identity Card – is the only internationally recognized teacher ID. ITIC provides full-time teachers, professors and other teaching staff discounts and savings at home and abroad.
ITIC was created in 1984 to make travelling easier and less expensive for teaching professionals. ITIC opens doors to thousands of services, benefits and discounts around the globe, including discounts at restaurants and retail shops, reduced entry prices to museums, cultural and historic sites, and savings on bus, coach, train, and ferry tickets. Who is eligible for the ITIC card?
You can apply for a digital ITIC teacher card if you work at least 18 hours a week at a governmentally approved and accredited educational institution for a minimum period of one academic year. There are no age limits when applying for ITIC. You will be asked to prove your full-time teacher status when applying for ITIC.
Practical information about ITIC
Card validity
The standard digital ITIC is valid 12 months from the date of purchase. You can see the end date of your ITIC validity on your ISIC App profile or the digital card itself.
Digital ITIC

Academic co-branded cards
